Sergii built a deck at my rental property, and the entire project was managed remotely. Communication was excellent, scheduling was flexible, and they coordinated directly with my tenant What I appreciated most was that Sergii gave honest advice and never tried to upsell unnecessary expensive options. I genuinely felt I was working with a true professional who cared about finding the right solution, not the most expensive one Great quality, fair pricing, and a smooth experience from start to finish. S&Y did a fantastic job on my deck replacement!! Once the old deck boards were removed it was discovered things were in worse shape than I had hoped. S&Y was extremely helpful in suggesting solutions and worked with me to provide economical options. Honest, on time, and just extremely friendly. Highly recommended!!

We had some rusty, long-out-of-service outdoor lights that were too high to reach on my 12’ ladder, and quite rusted in place. Serhil, with his knowledge of all things electrical, disconnected them all and replaced them with motion-sensing floodlights. Our yard now lights up like a soccer field when random creatures appear (burglars; maybe. Skunks? YES.) He also helped me identify (and clear out) dozens of random outdoor wires that went to long-gone landlines and a satellite dish. Easy to work with, quick to offer economical recommendations (e.g., where to deploy solar-powered spotlights), and knows his way around live electric wires. S&Y are at the top of our list for future work, indoors or out.

Serhii did an absolutely outstanding job building our new deck. From the very beginning, he was professional, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions to improve the design. All his communications about the materials and pricing were very detailed. He executed everything flawlessly. He was respectful of our time and property, kept the workspace clean, and finished the job on schedule. We’ve already had neighbors stop by to compliment the deck, and we’re extremely happy with how it turned out. I would definitely work with him again for future projects. Thank you again for transforming our backyard!!

S&Y Handyman Service is the best you’ll find! Serheii is extremely professional, responsive and timely in everything he does. We have hired him for everything from our many light fixture installs, hanging oversized mirrors, building and installing a bathroom vanity to putting together a very complex trampoline! We will be hiring him for many more projects as his skillset is very versatile. Highly recommend!
